Highlight item was definitely the soft shell crab burger. Partner & I defs will be coming back for it! Eggs benny with fried chicken unfortunately didn’t win me over but it didn’t ruin the experience. Can’t wait to try out other things in the menu!

Tried this cafe recently and were pleasantly surprised with the great quality of the food. We returned and ordered the same food last weekend, the quality was consistent and the food delicious. We've been to many places in the food quality is hit-and-miss, Carter & G's delivers clean, great tasting food and a friendly atmosphere. We will be back to continue supporting this local business.
This is a great little local cafe find for us, we’ve been a few times. Have mostly encountered friendly and welcoming service, though once we had a displeased-looking server. The food is generous and the price is what you would generally expect. The carter double is very filling, though the patties were a bit overcooked. Sweet potato chips are nicely fried. The parmigiana was an elevated version of what you’d find in a pub. In the past I’ve had the breakfast board which was excellent and I’d recommend that.
As a frequent customer for the last few years, I can say the foods always been fantastic and the staff always cheerful and friendly.

Great discovery. Breakfast was awesome. Coffee was good too. Will definitely come back to try other dishes. Staff was polite and didn't take long to serve the food. Prices are fair. Would recommend.
